Welcome to the development home page for the Ottawa Rinks website!

We have built this page for our users to reference if they want to see the changes that have been made to the site in different revisions.

Also, we value the input from our users, if you find a bug, or want to request a feature, please visit report them on our Facebook or Twitter page.

- Fixed known issue for HomeIce multi-surface reporting. Conditions posted to multi-surface rinks now apply to both rinks. Still investigating differentiation between rink and puddle.

- HomeIce script re-written to immediately post conditions to the site in lieu of checking hourly.
- First iteration of the new script applies the HomeIce condition to both the rink and the puddle (if the rink is a multi-surface). Next version to differentiate between rink and puddle.

- The main map page has been updated to use Leaflet and OpenStreetMaps due to Google API pricing changes, other maps on the site will follow suit eventually. The old map is deprecated and will be removed in a future release.
- Added filter layers to the map. Users can now turn on & off the following three layers: Open, Closed and No Data.
